These terms apply to your use of the SophionOS landing site and to any Founding Cohort seat you purchase. By joining the waitlist or completing a founding seat payment, you accept these terms.

A founding seat costs $150, paid once. It includes 1 year of SophionOS Pro and 2 years of SophionOS Power starting when your tier becomes available to you.

Founding members get access as features ship, starting with the REST API tier (Phase 4) and beyond. You will be invited the moment your tier is live.

The number of founding seats is limited to 100. A seat is reserved when your payment is confirmed.

Payments for founding seats are processed through Dodo Payments, our payment provider. You are redirected to their hosted checkout to pay. We do not store your card details on our servers.

After payment you will receive a confirmation by email. If you do not receive it, contact founders@sophionos.com.

If you change your mind, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your founding seat payment. Reply to any email from the founder or write to founders@sophionos.com and we will process it promptly.

After 14 days, founding seat payments are final. There are no recurring charges: a founding seat is a one-time payment.

SophionOS is under active development. Features, timelines, and tier details may change as the product is built. Founding members are early users, and we will keep you informed of changes through the emails you receive from the founder.
