Build notes.

This is the first public build note. The format is fixed: once a month - what shipped, what is next, straight from me. Founding members receive these by email; this page is the same notes, public. The point is that you can watch the system being built, not read a press release about it.

September went into the plumbing you never see: payments. Webhook handling is idempotent now, so the same event can arrive twice without a double charge or a double email. Confirmation emails queue through an outbox worker instead of firing into the void, and an hourly reconciler sweeps up any purchase that does not confirm cleanly. None of that is a button you can click. All of it is the difference between trusting a system and hoping it holds.

Two changes you can feel. Your founding entitlements now anchor to the payment itself: your year of Pro starts the moment your payment confirms, not when a record was written. And the Founding Members wall is self-serve inside the app - pick a username, opt in when you are ready, remove yourself whenever you want. Default is off. Your name, your choice. Next month the balance shifts from payments to Power: founding members receive each Power feature first as it ships.
